Activities
The WIT has structured programmes cum learning activities for students to participate, learn and gain theoretical as well as practical knowledge in a real business environment. Thus, we have separate activities to accommodate different objectives for our students.
Country Tours
Students will be given the opportunity to explore regional countries. Such tours are designed to enable students and staff and students to interact in an informal setting.
After the respective Country Tours, groups of students will give a presentation sharing their experiences from this new country.
Study Tours
Students will have to participate in a corporate business tour to other countries throughout the world where they will meet working professionals and have the opportunity to observe the practice of management skills in that particular country. Students will then produce a report with critical analysis of these management practices.
Seminars/Talks
The WIT will invite guest speakers, professionals and lecturers, to give talks on current issues in global business, global economy, information technology, sociology and employment welfare.
These seminars will help students gain first-hand information from working professionals who are well-equipped with up-to-date experience and knowledge of the world.
Corporate Visits
The WIT will organise visits to corporate companies, with the objective that students will gain theoretical and practical knowledge in a real business environment. After which, students will complete assignments concerning the visit they have made.
